Fast & Furious 7
The F&F films are strange as they started off OK, got worse and then got a lot better. The improvement coincided with The Rock joining up. He adds a lot of fun to the proceedings but unfortunately makes old Vin look even more wooden as he drones on about family.
I watched it in preparation for seeing F&F8. I thought i'd better catch up on the story (what they did about the death of Paul Walker). It's ridiculous. There are action scenes that make no sense (but are fun) and it takes itself really seriously and not seriously at all at the same time. None of the characters grab you apart from The Rock and Statham who revel in the madness.
I enjoyed it despite it being objectively rubbish.
